Optum RX UI / UX Design
As Lead UI Designer working with Optum Rx, I partnered with the team to reimagine a customer portal under the “Big, Bold, and Beautiful” theme. I developed mobile, tablet, and desktop UI assets, including accessible colors, type size, navigation elements, icons, and custom illustrations. Our design embraced a clean, light, fast interface, unique visuals, and inclusive features like speech recognition and clear wayfinding, all driven by user feedback.
